The service

AiMailio is an AI-assisted email CRM, currently in private beta. Features may change as we build. We aim for high deliverability, but we cannot guarantee inbox placement.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login safe and for everything sent from your workspace. One account per person; workspaces are limited to 3 members.

Acceptable use

Send only to people who agreed to hear from you. No spam, no purchased lists, no deceptive content. You must follow applicable email laws (including CAN-SPAM and GDPR) for every campaign you send.

AI features

AI drafts are suggestions, not sent mail. Nothing is ever sent without your explicit approval — you review and approve every campaign.

Your data

Your contacts, campaigns and content remain yours. We process them only to operate the service. See our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend workspaces that harm deliverability or break these terms (for example, spam complaints or abuse). You can stop using AiMailio at any time.
