What we collect

Your name, email, phone number (optional) and login activity when you create an account. Inside the product: your domains, sender profiles, contacts, campaigns and sending statistics — the data you choose to put into your workspace.

How we use it

Only to operate AiMailio: running your account, sending the campaigns you approve, measuring deliverability, and keeping the service safe. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

AI processing

When you use AI drafting, the text you submit is processed to generate suggestions. AI never sends email on its own.

Data storage

Data is stored on our secured hosting infrastructure. Passwords are hashed; sensitive credentials (like SMTP passwords) are stored encrypted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted at any time: hello@aimailio.com.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in, and — only if you tick "Remember me" — a persistent login cookie. No tracking or advertising cookies.
